This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a nice restaurant. The staff once helped me return forgotten sim cards, which I appreciated. I'm definitely coming back for a new year!

A whirlpool experience gone wrong
The initial excitement of finding a room with a whirlpool was delightful. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my anniversary celebration.
Unfortunately, the whirlpool jets didn’t work, and staff was unhelpful, which turned a romantic weekend into a frustrating ordeal. Renovations added to the noise disruption.

comfortable room but poor service quality
The check-in experience was quick, and the room had a nice layout. The location was excellent for nearby attractions, which made it easy to explore. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout my stay. Additionally, I enjoyed the elegant decor that made the hotel feel welcoming.
Service at the front desk was inconsistent and frustrating.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the relaxing swimming pool after a long day. The indoor pool area was a real treat, and we got to unwind on the sun loungers too. Unfortunately, some minor noise from renovations in the morning was a bit disruptive, but overall, it didn’t dampen our experience at all. 😊

couldn't wait to check out
The indoor swimming pool was not well maintained, with peeling paint and a messy pool area. The fitness center seemed okay, but I didn't get a chance to use it. My King Room had a microwave, refrigerator, and big TV, which was nice. The bed was comfy but the overall state of things was disappointing.

Not worth the trouble
Checked in after a long wait and didn’t get the whirlpool room I booked. After some back and forth, got a different room, but the jets didn’t work either. Plus, renos made it noisy early in the morning. The comfy bed was the only highlight. The food at the snack bar was decent but can't save the stay.

The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean. Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating, with an extended wait and initial issues communicating my reservation details. Though the staff was eventually accommodating, the overall atmosphere was marred by ongoing renovations that started early in the morning. A more robust breakfast selection would have made the stay more enjoyable.
